Have all your items PAT tested in your rented property for £69 for up to 15 items. We can test all of your kitchen and laundry appliances.
Full test certificates and asset register are issued to you within 24 hours. Of payment received.
Peace of mind
As a landlord, it is your responsibility to ensure that any appliances you provide are safe. Your insurer may also require you to test tenants electrical items in their rooms. We can test all items including Kettles, Washing Machines and TV’s.
